1. Services
My Magical Arrivals provides concierge services for vacation rentals and Airbnb properties in the Central Florida area. Our services include, but are not limited to, grocery stocking, guest welcome packages, grocery delivery, activity bookings, and other personalized services to enhance your stay.
2. Booking and Payment
- All services must be booked through our website or via direct communication with our team.
- Full Payment for services is required at the time of approval of the booking unless otherwise agreed upon. No work will be started by Magical Arrivals LLC until payment is submitted.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service will receive a 80% refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations will not be refunded.
- To cancel a service, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable as stated in the cancellation policy.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
- In the event of a service failure on our part, we will either re-perform the service or issue a full refund at our discretion.
5. Liability
- Magical Arrivals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the use of third-party services or activities booked through our concierge.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
6. Force Majeure
Magical Arrivals is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
7. Changes to Services
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
- In the event of significant changes to a booked service, customers will be notified and given the option to accept the changes or cancel the service with a full refund.
8. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Florida.
