Cancellation Policy |

Service Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service will receive a 80% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations will not be refunded.
To cancel a service, please contact us immediately. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are only applicable as stated in the cancellation policy.
No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
In the event of a service failure on our part, we will either re-perform the service or issue a full refund at our discretion.
