How Does It Work?
- Review our products and services through our shop page or by clicking on any of the above.
- Either build your products and services using our pre-designed packages and checkout online or contact us via our custom quote form letting us know more about what you’re looking for. Before you pay for your order, your order will be submitted to our team for approval on availability to ensure we can fully deliver to your expectations.
- Once your order has been fully approved, you will receive an invoice with a link to pay for the service. Full payment must be made in advance in order for our PDC to work directly with you.. Cancellation can be made 30 days or more in advance of the scheduled service and you will receive an 80% refund. If you cancel within the 30 day window, your refund will vary.
- You will work with one of our Personal Dedicated Concierges (PDC) which will better understand your full needs based on the products or services that you booked. Your PDC will be your point of contact throughout your entire stay as well.
- We will do our best to arrive prior to your arrival and set everything up, but if we are unable to accommodate pre-arrival services, then we will coordinate with you what the best time for you.
- Any rentals or items that require reclamation will be picked up between 7am and 11am on your checkout day.
